The trees grow in a narrow grove near the coast of Northern California and Southern Oregon. Coast Redwoods are the tallest trees in the world! Although not quite as tall as the Coast Redwoods, Giant Redwoods grow wider and more massive. In fact, they are the most massive things living on Earth! Giant Redwood also live a little longer than Coast Redwoods, living for more than 3,000 years. I count myself fortunate to live among them. Gift Wrapping: All items are sent gift wrapped as pictured. HOW IT"S MADE: I made these fine silver earrings using Art Clay Silver (PMC). ..999 and .950 After I shape the piece, I fire it in my jewelry kiln for 2 hours at 1650 degrees.
